This was advertised as NO filters..I left the old one there so you could see what product to order. It was wiped down of dust prior to shipping...but has been stored in my garage for over a year. As far as poor packaging..not quite sure what the issue was... my concern was the it arrived damaged...and I did not hear otherwise. I received item that was ordered . A dirty old towel with traces of sperm on both sides in different places. Towel fibers up to 5 inches long indicate long-term use. Photos of Defects Attached. These are NEW.. I got a while back and just washed them so they are free of dust from my garage, but they have never been used otherwise.

I am sorry your are unhappy with the towel. It is one of my last few and has been in the garage longer and been moved a couple times. However.. the sperm comment is completely inapprpriate and I don't know how you made that leap. I immediately refunded your full cost and did not require return of item which is rare. I am not in the business of making unhappy customers and I am sorry for this as a result!
